MU DOT MY PLT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time due to the insufficient participant or trainer unavailability or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances. 

The cost of the course will be rescheduled.

For Public training, there’s no minimum and maximum participants. You can attend the training for yourself and you are encouraged to bring your colleagues to join the public training.

The price will be based on per person basis.

Choose the training that you want to attend. Click “add to cart”. A new page will appear. At the top of this page, please enter your “coupon code” and click “apply coupon” to proceed. Fill up your details in the form given and proceed with your payment using the option given.

Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) is a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources through the Human Resources Development Berhad Act, 2001. Employers who are registered and/or incorporated in Malaysia, and is registered with the HRD Corp are eligible to apply for training grants (financial assistance) to finance all or most of the “allowable costs“ employee training.

You should pay as soon as possible to confirm your seat. At the latest should be 3 days before the training. In some situations, we accept Letter of Undertaking / Purchase Order / Local Order as a guarantee and you can process the payment later. This is only applicable for corporate and governments.

We accept Online Banking, CDM Cash Transfer, Paypal, Cheque, Cash and Government LO.

For payment by cheque, there is processing fees apply – to avoid processing fees, you are required to bank in the check to our bank and submit banking slip to us. To pay by Cash, please drop by to our office.

What if I cannot attend the training?

If you cannot attend the registered training, you can substitute with someone else or ask to attend the next training date. 

Please inform us about the substitution for at least 3 days before the training date.

Can I bring my own device?

Can I bring my own device?

Training kits and learning tools will be provided for Public Training participants. However, you are allowed to bring your own device if you want to. 

Please email us before the training if you need to bring your own device because you may need to install software on your device.
