Most of the classroom trainings are conducted at MU DOT MY PLT, Subang Jaya. However we are also able to conduct classes for your group at your premise anywhere in Malaysia.

In-house training is conducted at your business premise (Yes! Not in-house literally) for your groups only. The course content can be customized and training or can be project based training.
Public training is conducted at our computer lab on a fixed date for public. The attendees come from different organizations and background. The course contents are fixed and cannot be customized. Look at this table for a comparison between public and in-house training;

We accept Online Banking, Cash. CDM Cash Transfer, Cheque (processing fees apply), Paypal and Government LO.

You should pay as soon as possible to confirm your seat. The latest should be 3 days before the training. In some situation, we accept Letter of Undertaking as a guarantee and you can process the payment later.

You can substitute someone else. Please inform us by emailing to support@mu.my.

Yes! You can bring your own device for public training.

No. Full payment is needed 3 days before the commencement of training. Its limited seat and registration are on  first-come-first-serve basis.

Price according to number of days with unlimited participant, all our prices are fixed and included at all cost.

For government staffs, payment can be made through the Government LO. All our prices are fixed and included all cost. Therefore, no discount provided.

Yes! You will be given attendance certificate from MU DOT MY PLT upon completion of the course.

Yes, you can. You may schedule only once. If you cannot attend the next training after rescheduling, the money is non-refundable.
