You should pay as soon as possible to confirm your seat. At the latest should be 3 days before the training. In some situations, we accept Letter of Undertaking / Purchase Order / Local Order as a guarantee and you can process the payment later. This is only applicable for corporate and governments.
We accept Online Banking, CDM Cash Transfer, Paypal, Cheque, Cash and Government LO.
For payment by cheque, there is processing fees apply – to avoid processing fees, you are required to bank in the check to our bank and submit banking slip to us. To pay by Cash, please drop by to our office.
Can I pay on the first day of training (Public Training)?
Our training has limited seats. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Therefore, full payment should be completed 3 days before the commencement of training. We offer various payment methods. Therefore, we believe there is no reason to accept walk-in payments. This will make our meal arrangements and training planning smoother.
Can I get any discount if send less or more than 10 pax (In-House Training)?
For In-House Training, we don’t limit the participants. The price is according to the number of days with an unlimited participant.
Therefore, no discount is provided. All our prices are fixed and included all cost.
For public training, you are entitled for a group discount when you are registering for than 3 pax in a same registration form. The maximum discount is capped at RM 500.
